Annual Membership Fee: PhP 1,000.00

Student Member 

Available for undergraduate OT students enrolled in accredited programs.
Annual Membership Fee: PhP500.00

Affiliate Member

 Open to professionals or organizations who support OT practice.
​Annual Membership Fee: PhP1,600.00

Lifetime Member

One-time payment for lifetime membership benefits.​ Subject to approval by the Board of Directors
Annual Membership Fee: PhP 6,000.00
